*We understand emergencies happen. If you cannot attend on the class date you registered for, please call 571.223.4436 or email us at loudoun@arworkshop.com ASAP and we will be happy to transfer your registrations for a future class.
*We will waive the transfer fee if notice was received MORE THAN ONE WEEK from your class date
*Notice received LESS THAN ONE WEEK from your class date will be charged a $25 transfer fee.
*Guests who do not email or contact us prior to class starting are considered a no show and forfeit their registration fee.
