FAQ's

What time do I need to drop off? Please leave enough time to come in to sign your child in at drop off and sign them out at pick up.

Do I need to come in the shop? Yes! We have a sign in sheet that must be initialed each day for drop off and pick up.

Should I send a snack? Yes! We take a snack break half way through camp. Please send a snack and a drink.

Can my 6yr old come to camp? You know your child best. As our projects don't require an experienced hand, its more about if they would enjoy it and have the attention span to last through camp.

Can I sign up for multiple camps? Yes! We have very few repeating projects and they are welcome to more than one week of camp.

What happens if they don't finish their project? Kids will go home each day with a finished project. In the event we don't finish a project, it will go home the next day. At the very least, all projects will be sent home on the last day of camp.

What should they wear for camp? The paint we use is washable off skin. It does not, however, usually come out of clothing. Please send them in something they don't mind getting messy. We do wear aprons and sit while using paint but spills and splashes do happen.

What happens if I need to cancel or change weeks? As we plan for camps 4+ months in advance, refunds cannot be given. This is also part of our normal corporate policy. If the week of camp you originally signed up for doesn't work, we may be able to offer some projects as DIY to go for your child to enjoy at home. Or we may be able to move you to a different week of camp. Please be aware you will have to re-register for the new camp week as the projects will likely be different. A code will be given so you do not pay twice. Any changes/cancellations MUST be done by Thursday before your camp week starts. If that is not the case a code will not be given and you must pay in full for the new week of camp.

*Must have at least 6 participants for camp to take place. In the event the minimum isn't reached, an alternate camp week can be chosenAs we plan for camps 4+ months in advance, refunds cannot be given. This is also part of our normal corporate policy.
