6 Week After School ARt Series
Our NEW After School ARt educational series will get your kids excited about do-it-yourself design! Over 6 weekly sessions, students will learn age appropriate skills and gain and understanding of the materials and techniques used at AR Workshop and beyond! Each session is 1.5 hours.
Dates are TUESDAYS September 13, 20 October 4, 11, 18 and 25th
What is included:
Learn how to decorate your bedroom with basic design elements. Each student will make 5 projects that will coordinate with their room:
- Week 1: Learn about the 7 elements of interior design. Plan the overall look of their bedroom refresh and select design choices, colors and techniques for upcoming projects using the worksheet provided.
- Week 2: Box Tray
- Week 3: Accent Pillow with Poms
- Week 4: 24" Shelf
- Week 5: Painted Pot with Succulent
- Week 6: 12x16 Plank Sign (Design selected on Week 1)
Requirements:
Interest in learning about basic interior design elements
Must be between ages 8 and 14.
