Led by one of our own staff,
this interactive sourdough specialty workshop will offer participants a comprehensive and
hands-on experience in the art of sourdough bread-making.
This DIY experience is $89.
Each participant will learn:
The basics of sourdough fermentation and how to care for a starter.
Techniques for mixing, kneading, shaping, and scoring dough.
Baking tips to achieve a perfect crust and crumb.
Each participant will take home:
A sourdough starter and starter kit (includes everything you need to make sourdough at home!)
Dough to bake one loaf at home.
A printed next-steps guide for continuing the sourdough process at home.
Provided during the event:
All materials to make starter, start a loaf of bread, and a bread making kit.
Printed guides with recipes and troubleshooting tips.
A demonstration loaf for tasting.
