We are very excited to host our 2nd Small Business Owner Make & Mingle with guest host, Kate Dreyer, Local Interior Decorator and Design Blogger of Kate Decorates.
With close to 25K Instagram followers and press features in The Cottage Journal, HGTV and Northern Virginia Magazine, to name a few, this Special business branding and creative workshop is a must-attend small business owners, bloggers, podcasters and/or aspiring entrepreneurs (regardless of industry) who've had some success but want to elevate their marketing game to the next level.
As a Corporate Marketer by day and 20 years of experience, Kate will share tips and tricks for finding your people and upping your marketing game. Specific topics she'll cover include creating a persona for your ideal customer, finding out what your audience really wants (and how to do it), engaging and attracting customers on Instagram, and how to start building relationships with and getting noticed by the media.
This special workshop will be hosted at AR Workshop in Old Town Alexandria. The cost of this special session is $65 and will include all topic materials and handouts to take home and 2 complimentary glasses of bubbly and light bites.
If you would like to stay for the crafting portion to make your very own custom branded sign with you logo OR any of our Projects listed, the cost will be $95. This includes all the above and a completed custom made sign that you will take home with you.
How it Works:
1. Register for our Small Business Owner Make & Mingle Night (invite a fellow small business owner to join you!)
2. Select 'Specialty Class' if you are not interested in the crafting portion. The cost is $65.
3. If you want to craft, select any other project listed (custom logo signs are no longer available due to time constraints). The cost is $95.
3. Bring your business cards, brochures, or any swag you want to share, and join us for crafting & conversation with other local entrepreneurs
~ This special event with limited seats, which makes for a more relaxed and intimate 'networking' evening. Our staff is fully vaccinated. In accordance with the most recent CDC Guidelines, face masks will be required for all staff and guests regardless of vaccination status.
