The very first location to open in Oregon, AR Workshop Hillsboro is ready to help your home decor dreams come true! Instead of just buying pre-made home décor (which you can also do here in the retail area), the workshop experience allows you to DIY something beautiful for your home or office using your own two hands! You get to choose the project, the materials, the colors, the customization, and personalization! The knowledgeable staff can help you create something perfect for your space! Project choices are plentiful and include everything from front porch signs to wood framed signs, centerpieces, pillow covers, wall hangings, and more! You just have to register and show up for class! All class materials area included in the registration fee! New to DIY? No worries! Class instructors can help you every step of the way if needed. This new location can be found at 1114 NE. Orenco Station Parkway, in Hillsboro, OR.
AR Workshop Hillsboro is owned by Seth and Amanda Borges. They are a husband and wife team of more than 12 years. Seth and Amanda both strongly desired to go into business together. They never thought that crafting for a living was a possibility until they learned about the AR Workshop franchise opportunity. Seth and Amanda are both known in their community for being a helping hand when it comes to creating and fixing. They upped their crafting game when they purchased their first CNC machine a few years back. This opened their capabilities to build professional quality products .
Seth’s background is in construction and tradeshows. Amanda worked as a CEO in the healthcare industry. Together, their skillsets provide a great sense of operating a DIY workshop and delivering a wonderful guest experience.
Seth and Amanda are so excited to bring AR Workshop to Hillsboro, Oregon at Orenco Station. They love the constant foot traffic in front of the workshop, and enjoy customers stopping in to say hello, sometimes with their dogs. They both love building a sense of community and helping the neighbors with their creative needs.
AR Workshop Hillsboro is the perfect choice to do on your own, but is especially awesome if you are looking for a unique activity to do with a group–both large and small. Multiple friends can register for a public workshop, or you can consider booking a private workshop to host a baby shower, birthday, bridal, or bachelorette party.
