The grand opening of AR Workshop Middleburg in Florida means the sunshine state is now home to eleven of these popular DIY home decor workshops! (North Carolina and California are the only two states that have more locations! You can see all the locations here.) AR Workshop is popular because of the variety of hands-on classes and private events offered. Classes are entertaining, relaxing and empowering! Each workshop features step-by-step instruction for learning DIY skills and creating charming and unique home decor pieces. In house instructors take you through the process of turning raw materials into customizable home decor pieces. There are so many great projects to choose from: plank wood signs, lazy susans, canvas wall hangings, pillows, centerpiece boxes, wood trays, chunky knit blankets, and more! AR Workshop Middleburg is owned by military veterans, Catrecia and Ansil Lewis, who have been sharing amazing adventures on Marine Corps bases around the globe for more than three decades. When Catrecia introduced AR Workshop to Ansil, it was only natural that he signed on to share this new entrepreneurial adventure as well.

With their love for their North Florida community and their enjoyment of all things DIY, Catrecia and Ansil are excited to bring DIY Home Decor to Clay County’s surrounding areas of Middleburg, Orange Park, Oakleaf Plantation, Green Cove Springs, Fleming Island, Doctor’s Inlet and Lake Asbury.
