AR Workshop Fredericksburg, welcome to Virginia! Not only is Virginia for lovers, it’s for DIY lovers! With seven other AR Workshop locations in Virginia–Alexandria, Newport News, Loudoun, Virginia Beach, Richmond, Bristow, and Chesapeake–that’s a fact! The AR Workshop driven DIY craze has found a long-lasting home in Virginia, and frankly, we are thrilled about it! Since each workshop location caters to a specific geographic region of DIYers, it is nice having so many locations around the state. What’s not to love about having a great place to craft with friends, family, and fellow DIYers close to home? This new space is located at 1015 Caroline St., in Fredericksburg, VA. This gorgeous, boutique style workshop space allows you hands-on access to all the raw materials and tools you’ll need to make an array of projects. All classes are instructor-led, which means you’ve got personal help to tackle those harder projects! You’ll feel 100% confident as you make trendy home décor using your own two hands! Get ready to make your own wood plank front porch signs, wood framed signs, centerpieces, picture frames, serving trays, canvas pillow cases, wall hangings, and an assortment of other projects in a fun-filled atmosphere.

Missy Spears, the owner of AR Workshop Fredericksburg, is excited to bring DIY to her beautiful hometown of Fredericksburg.  After a career in corporate training, customer service, and management, Missy is thrilled to be able to use her creativity to build a sense of community. She looks forward to sharing her love of DIY with her customers.

The workshop is located in a beautiful building that dates back to 1810. It is recognized by the historic foundation and is one of the only buildings to survive the Battle of Fredericksburg during the Civil War.  With the boutique vibe now a part of the building’s history and a vibrant downtown area, it is the perfect place to host any type of fun event, day or night!
