It’s (Finally) Fall Y’all
My weather app says that it’s finally going to start cooling off a little, and I’m not sure if I actually believe it, but I’m going to start wearing jeans and booties anyway! My home has been decorated for a few weeks now, scented candles burning for about a week and a half, and chugging hot drinks for the past few days. It’s time.
Here at AR Workshop, Fall decor is in full swing and unbelievably cute. We love seeing all of the posts in the VIP group on Facebook! You can also share with us on Instagram with the hashtag #ARWatHome. This week, I’m sharing Maureen & Adria’s decor!
So Adria clearly has a bunch of beautiful silver entertaining and decor pieces all over her house and I’m super jealous! Seasonal decor can simply be swapping out treasured pieces each season and putting a few additional touches on them. Adria has added some DIY acorns, feathers, and a few neutral colored pumpkins.
Adria’s Buffet (again!):
The canvas wall hangings make such great holiday decor because when the season is over, you can just roll it up and stow it away for next year! They’re so lightweight and compact you know they won’t take up much space which as we all know is a hot commodity with decor. Adria has these sweet patterned pumpkins hanging over her dining room buffet.
I’m loving these silver and glass pitchers, they’re a fun and unexpected way to bring in different heights.
Both Adria & Maureen are October babies, and it just so happens to be both of their favorite months as well! October is a beautiful month in Charlotte, the sky always becomes just a little bit bluer and the contrast with all the colors of the leaves is stunning.
One the left, Maureen has our 26-inch by 26-inch oversized frame on her mantle. She’s gone with almost all white pumpkins for this, a nice contrast with the dark background on the sign. Last year she switched it up with two signs, creating a more layered look with our Happy Fall Y’all Wreath design on an oversized frame and our Always Something to be Thankful For design on a 10-inch by 32-inch plank.
Adria’s mantle is warm and light with a few touches of green. It has a much more rustic and natural look, and y’all, I’ve been hunting high and low for those stick bundles. Adria went with our largest frame for her mantle, a 26-inch by 38-inch framed sign with a white dove background.
For those of you looking for warmer decor, I’ve pulled a few pieces I’m loving this year! I’ve got a lot of cooler tones in my own home so I stick with orange and gold for my decor.
