From Sunday through Wednesday, our private party minimum is 18 people and a 24 person minimum Thursday pm / Friday pm /Saturday pm. Can’t meet our minimum? Ask about booking a table for your friends at a regular scheduled workshop or just register for any workshop and include your friends names so we can seat you together!

Most adult projects range from $45-$70 and children’s projects start at $40. Contact us for specific pricing.

Request to sit by your friends at any of our public workshops by indicating your seating preference at checkout. You can also reserve and pay for a private table in a public workshop. Contact us for more information!

We provide all of the materials, tools, and instruction. Choose your project type (wood or canvas) and your design from our Project Portfolio. Customize your project at the workshop with our designer paints and our line of non-toxic wood stains (no fumes!).

A non-refundable $100 private party fee is required to hold private workshops and parties. This ensures you have the space to yourself to enjoy the workshop! (And that we can hire the coolest most talented staff for your group!)

Most workshops last from 2-3 hours, depending on the project. Youth parties include a 2 hour workshop time-slot. View our How It Works page for more information! If reserving a table or a private party, we will email you a link for your event that you can send out to your guests to register.

AR Workshop Frisco is BYOB. You are welcome to bring in wine, small snacks or appetizers to enjoy at your private events!

Once you reserve your private workshop date and time, you will receive a customized party link for the hostess to send out to the guests via email with instructions on registering.

AR Workshop® is a boutique DIY studio that offers hands-on classes for creating custom, on trend home decor from raw materials. Join an instructor-led workshop where you will create custom wood plank signs, framed signs, canvas pillows, round signs, lazy susans, centerpiece boxes, canvas tote bags, and more! Shop our selection of gorgeous gifts and retail items to enhance your own home.

Owning AR Workshop Frisco is a dream come true for Lindsay Childress. At a young age, she discovered her penchant for sales and eye for design. It all began as the top cookie seller in her Girl Scout troop and continued by mastering layouts and custom hand lettering as an editor on her high school yearbook. In college, she managed a pottery painting studio before setting off into a 15+ year career in retail where she designed and sold licensed tees to major retailers across the country. Despite her professional success, she longed for more creativity. As she grew her career, she kept her design and painting hobbies alive through volunteer work and crafting with her two children. When Lindsay found AR Workshop in Westfield, NJ, she discovered what she was looking for all along. The AR Workshop experience inspired her passionate DIY, craftinista spirit to open a new location in the flourishing town of Frisco with surrounding towns of McKinney, Plano, Little Elm, Prosper, Celina and The Colony.
